Delivery & Returns 

Delivery

Delivery is via Royal Mail. Ready to ship items dispatch within 24 hours of your order and should arrive within 1-3 working days following dispatch. If you want a next day service (only available for ready to ship items) via Special Delivery please contact me for a quote.

Made to order items have a 2 - 3week production lead time and will then ship via Royal Mail as soon as they are ready. If you want your item made sooner than the 2 - 3 weeks, please get in touch with me and I’ll see how I can help.

International Delivery

All international orders are posted Royal Mail, recorded delivery from England, your tracking number will be included in the email sent out to you once your item has been dispatched.

Delivery charges are based on the parcel weight and the price will range between £10 to £25 for the majority of orders. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

I hope you love your goods but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 5 days of receipt and we can discuss an exchange or credit note and returns in the event of damage. While I can accommodate refunds in exceptional circumstances, I ask that you measure and look at the images carefully to avoid unnecessary costs. I do not offer refunds on ‘Made to order’ pieces.

You must return the item unused. Items should be posted back and paid for yourself within 14 days of receipt. Insuring the package is recommended, and obtain a tracking number, as fionapitkin.co.uk cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
